I have something I want to get out in the open. Some people, on whose intelligence I will not comment, have been making comments on my entry "My Thoughts on the Jonas Brothers". I addressed some of this in my previous entry (Comments Are Great), but I would like to go more in-depth, largely due to the number of comments that I have received about my thoughts on the Jonas Brothers. First, I want to say yet again that my point is well made in defense of my entry. You can figure that one out on your own, Diary.
The second point that I want to touch on is the English language. When I make spelling and grammar mistakes, it is by accident. I understand that this might not be the case for everyone else (*cough*), but I am making a request: please type your thoughts into a word processor that facilitates a utility to check spelling and grammar. There are several capable choices on the market, such as Microsoft Office Word, OpenOffice Writer, Apple iWork Pages, or the all-famous Google Docs. There are many more alternatives, but these are the most user-friendly options on the market.
Now that I have introduced you to such advanced technology, I have made a diagram of how the spelling and grammar checker works. I believe that it is fairly self-explanitory, but if you still have any questions, I'll go more in-depth. (Note: Click on the image to zoom.) This image was made from Microsoft Office Word 2007.
I don't mean to offend anyone, but please start typing your comments into a word processor with spelling- and grammar-checking capabilities, then copy and paste your thoughts into the comments section of the Diary. I enjoy your thoughts; I really do, but I can't understand most of your language. I'm not educated in L-O-L-speak. I barely know how to type with my new MacBook Wheel, let alone communicate in that fashion.
